Urgent Help Needed to Open the New London Children’s Museum!
Dear Friends,
After years of planning, dreaming, and building, we are so close to opening the doors to the new London Children’s Museum at 100 Kellogg Lane. But we urgently need your help.
We’ve had incredible support from our community so far, but the reality is we need help on the final stage of this journey. $4 million is required to complete this state-of-the-art facility, and $1 million is needed before the end of the year in order to open our doors on time.

This isn’t just another project. This is your children’s museum — an iconic and beloved part of our community that has filled over three million visitors with joy, wonder, and unforgettable memories for over 47 years. The new children’s museum will ensure children today, and for generations to come, can continue to learn, grow, explore, and experience the magic of discovery in a place that has meant so much to all of us.
Nearly double in size, every space, every exhibit, every moment in our new home has been carefully designed with input from you - our community. The excitement is real, but the urgency is even greater.
The inflationary increase resulting from the pandemic was daunting, but our community has stepped up to show their support. We’re currently at 84% of our fundraising goal. Now, $1 million stands between us and opening the doors to this incredible new space this year.
