Birthday Party Packages

Up to 15 children (including birthday child) and 15 adults

- Two hours in a private party room, including 30 minutes of party activities, led by a London Children’s Museum team member
- A full day of admission and museum exploration for you and your guests
- Birthday child’s name on the London Children’s Museum’s outdoor sign
- Customizable digital birthday party invitations

Prices are subject to HST. Cancellations received seven days or more prior to the date booked are subject to a cancellation fee of 20%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than seven days notice.

- Art Attack
Get creative with paint and unconventional art materials to make a personalized craft. Discover your inner artist, create your own sculpture, and make mystery watercolour art. Spend quality time with friends making memories you can take home. Don’t forget to remind your party guests to dress for a mess!

- Big Building Challenge
Tackle a big building challenge! Collaborate and construct your own structures using an assortment of building materials. Work to make the strongest structure you can, then put your creations to the test against the forces of gravity and wind! Will it roll? Collapse? Topple?! Let’s find out!

- Dinos-ROAR
When did dinosaurs live? How big were they? What did they look and feel like? Travel back in time to become paleontologists and make dino-mite discoveries. Explore fossils, bones, and even real-life dinosaur poop. Partygoers will even create their own fossils to take home!

- Early Years Birthday Bash
Celebrate and explore fun materials at a party designed for our youngest guests! Crawl and build with soft blocks, create a masterpiece with finger paints, and explore new textures in sensory bins! Don't forget to dress for a little mess!

Experience larger-than-life fun with a supersized take on your family’s favourite games. Challenge your guests to a friendly round of Mega Tower, oversized bowling, and scooter soccer. Grown-ups will have a hard time not joining in on the fun!

In this out-of-this-world party, your child and their friends travel to infinity and beyond with an interactive star show in our Star Lab. Listen to stories of the constellations and touch a real meteorite from outer space! After you return to Earth, create your own constellations to take home.

Become a super scientist as you explore different STEAM concepts. Build mazes for miniature robotic hex bugs and create your own gear systems. Design and conduct your own experiments and create chemical reactions!

Birthday Party Invitations
If you've booked a birthday party at the London Children's Museum, use these fillable invitations to invite guests to your party! Simply download your favourite invitation, complete the fillable fields, and save your document. Then, email or print your invitations for your party guests.
Birthday Party FAQ
- What does my birthday party package include?
Your birthday party package includes all-day admission to the London Children's Museum for you and your guests, and use of birthday party room for your selected two-hour time slot.
The London Children’s Museum provides 15 child-sized chairs seated around 2 child-height tables (4-foot-long rectangle, covered in butcher paper for colouring), 15 adult-sized chairs placed around the perimeter of the room, and 1 adult height table (6-foot-long rectangle, covered in black tablecloth) for any cake/food/presents, etc.
A small water canteen and water cups are available. Plants and napkins will be provided if you have purchased pizza or juice through the London Children’s Museum.
No decorations are provided by the London Children’s Museum.
- What if I have more than 30 people at my birthday party?
If you have less than 15 children, but more than 15 adults:
- We are happy to invite more adults to join the birthday party in place of children. A total number of 30 guests cannot be exceeded. If more than 30 guests are attending, a facility rental is required.
If you have more than 15 children, but less than 15 adults:
- We are unable to invite more than 15 children to a standard birthday party. A facility rental is required.

- I didn't order pizza/juice at the time of booking. Can I still place an order?
Yes! Please contact our front desk team to place a pizza or juice order. All orders must be placed by the Thursday before your party. We cannot accommodate orders placed on the day of your party.
- Can I bring my own food and drink?
Outside food and drink are welcome! Please bring any plates, utensils, and cups you will need. Birthday candles are allowed. A small fridge is available for use and can fit up to a 10” round cake. Large sheet cakes cannot be accommodated. You may choose to bring your own portable cooler.
- Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own birthday party decorations.
- Can I access my party room early or leave my party room late?
No early or late access to a birthday party room can be accommodated. This ensures a positive birthday experience for visitors celebrating before or after your party. You and your guests are welcome to explore the museum before or after your birthday party, during our operating hours (9:30 am - 5:00 pm).
- Can I add a second party activity or bring in a special performer?
We are unable to accommodate additional programs within the standard birthday party package timeline. If you would like to book multiple party activities or bring in a performer, please book a facility rental.
- What information should I give to my party guests?
You can use London Children's Museum invitations to tell your guests about your party! Let your guests know onsite parking is limited, but they can park on any neighbouring residential streets.
All party guests must check-in at the front desk upon arrival. Each of your guests will be given a coloured wristband to indicate which birthday party they are attending.
Party activities begin 30 minutes into your selected timeslot, so encourage your guests to arrive on time!
